DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is established electronically between the Seller, whose details are provided below, and the Buyer, who makes purchases through the website.

The information entered by the Buyer into the system during the order will be taken as a basis.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.
3. Product and Payment Information
The type, model, color, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the products are as specified during the order.
4. Delivery
Orders are handed over to cargo within the specified preparation period after payment approval. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the cargo company.
5. Handmade Products
Since Mae Istanbul products are handmade, minor differences may be observed in the products. Small variations in dimensions and color tones may occur due to the screen, lighting, and craftsmanship. This does not mean the product is defective.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
The product to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition. Return requests should be sent to info@maeist.com.
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for personalized products or products produced upon special request.
Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
7. Refund and Exchange
The price of products whose return is approved will be refunded using the payment method used by the Buyer within the legal period after the product reaches the Seller.
Returns may not be accepted for products that have been used, damaged, or are not suitable for resale.
8. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, war, strikes, logistical disruptions, internet outages, and situations beyond the control of the parties, the Seller may experience delays in fulfilling its obligations.
9. Effectiveness
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
